Raw Wild Crafted Sea Moss:
1. Place the desired amount of raw Sea Moss in a Glass or Stainless Steel bowl. (An 8 oz jar can make 2-3 jars depending on the amount of water used)
2. Clean Sea Moss by rinsing with Natural Spring Water. (Distilled or other type of Filtered water if Spring Water not available)
3. Drain and repeat to remove any extra particles not removed from the initial rinse.
4. Pour fresh Spring Water over the Sea Moss to cover, and let soak and rehydrate for 4 hours.(Add limes to break down the moss into a gel consistency)
5. Place in a blender, cover with 3/4 fresh Spring Water. Just enough to barely cover the moss. (*Optional, you may use water from the soak)
6. Blend for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Blend for an additional minute for a smoother consistency. (This will produce an applesauce texture)
7. Pour into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (Optimal potency). No longer than 3 weeks.
